ImmunoCellular Therapeutics To Deliver Presentation on Cancer Stem Cells at Prestigious Immunotherapy Conference

("ImmunoCellular" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IMUC), a biotechnology company focused on the development of novel immune-based cancer therapies, today announced that its president and CEO, Manish Singh Ph.D., will be presenting at the Immunotherapeutics Partnering and Deal Making Conference, which will take place in San Diego, California on January 30-31, 2012. Dr. Singh's presentation will be titled "Targeting Cancer Stem Cells Via Immunotherapy" and will include an overview of ImmunoCellular's clinical activities to date including ICT-107, its lead program targeting cancer stem cells (CSC) in Glioblastoma. ICT-107 is currently in a randomized phase II clinical trial at multiple centers in the US. Company is also developing two additional products targeting CSCs in tumors via modulating immune system.

ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Provides Update on Phase II Clinical Trial of ICT-107 for the Treatment of Glioblastoma

LOS ANGELES, CA – ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. ("ImmunoCellular" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IMUC), a biotechnology company focused on the development of novel immune-based cancer therapies, provided an update today on clinical trial site activity and patient enrollment for its Phase II clinical trial of ICT-107, the Company's dendritic cell based cancer vaccine candidate targeting multiple tumor antigens for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The Company has initiated the trial in 23 centers and has received Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval from a total of 24 trial sites. The trial is expected to enroll approximately 160-200 patients to treat 102 patients with HLA-A1/A2 immunological subtypes. There are 115 patients enrolled in the study to date, ahead of the Company's schedule. Enrollment for the trial is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2012 and an interim analysis is expected when 50% of events (32 deaths) have been observed.

ImmunoCellular Therapeutics Prices Underwritten Offering

LOS ANGELES, CA – ImmunoCellular Therapeutics, Ltd. ("ImmunoCellular" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IMUC), an emerging biotechnology company focused on developing novel-immune-based therapies, announced today the pricing of an underwritten offering of 9,489,436 units, each unit consisting of one share of its common stock and a warrant to purchase one half of a share of its common stock, at a public offering price of $1.10 per unit. ImmunoCellular expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $9.4 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses. The warrants will have a five-year term and an exercise price equal to $1.41 per share. The offering is expected to close on January 13, 2012, subject to customary closing conditions.

("ImmunoCellular" or the "Company") (OTCBB: IMUC), a biotechnology company focused on the development of novel immune-based cancer therapies, today announced updated long-term data from a Phase I clinical trial of ICT-107, the Company's lead cancer vaccine candidate for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most common and aggressive form of brain cancer. The data show 6 out of 16 (37.6%) newly diagnosed patients who received ICT-107 continue to show no tumor recurrence, with 3 of these patients (18.8%) remaining disease –free for almost four years while the other 3 patients have gone more than two and a half years disease-free. No new patients have shown disease recurrence since the last report of data in September, 2010. No treatment-related serious adverse events have been observed to date.
